Mid-Week Check-In

The last few days have been pretty busy ones for me. The kids had basketball games the last two nights, and yesterday I worked on a mail out for our church's upcoming Anniversary Sunday. The two oldest kids have semester exams for the next three days and get out of school at noon each day. Lots of running back and forth and back again.

I'm looking forward to spending today at home getting caught up on laundry and some detailed cleaning. A cold front is on its way, so I'm thinking pot roast for supper before we head to church tonight. Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

Seems to be like that everywhere these days. Is it the after Christmas rush, or just life in general. Tired! Take care and rest, Paula. Have a great week-end.

We are busy here, too. Most of our busy-ness is due to my dear, little mother's health situation and her need for care. And my sweetheart is leaving in two days for a two-week missions trip! It's a good kind of busy even though some of my dear mother's care needs are uncertain. To know I am right where God wants me to be - for this moment - is what matters. And the busy-ness is OK.
