Cream Cheese Cookies

Tammy over at Tammy's Times is having a cookie swap, so I thought I would submit one of my favorite simple cookie recipes. Mr C loves these cookies! I usually make a batch every week for him to deliver to new visitors we've had at church. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. http://riverbendramblings.blogspot.com

Oh dear. This is NOT a good recipe. They sound easy to make and delicious which means they will be made all too often here. LOL Thanks for the recipe. I emailed mine to Tammy so I guess you'll see it when she posts them.

Sis Kristi,
These cookies are so very simple, which can be very detrimental to the waistline! I have a tendency to pop them in my mouth while they're on the cooling rack. Sometimes I add just a touch more butter than the recipe calls for to make them a little more rich.

Bernice,
Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I'm fairly new to blogging, and I have met so many kind people.

Blessings,
Mrs. C
