A Southern Lunch

We don't eat much pork around here, but sometimes I get a hankerin' for a b-b-q pulled pork sandwich served with a side of slaw and a glass of fresh-brewed sweet tea. Yes, that's slaw on the sandwich, too. :) What did you have for lunch today?

That looks so much better then what I had for lunch. Peanut butter & jelly, chips and watermelon. Sad compared to your pulled pork sandwich!

BBQ is one of my all time favorites! I love my sandwich piled high with coleslaw and some hush puppies on the side. Of course, sweet ice tea is a necessity! The picture looks so yummy~ I wish I could have joined y'all:) BTW, I love your new look:)

Subway! lol, your lunch looks much better, though :o)

Yummo! Can you believe that no one knows what BBQ is here in Canada? The one time I took BBQ sandwiches to fellowship... none came home:) So, I guess they like them.

That looks like dinner to me!
My typical lunch (and what I had yesterday ( i am visiting her on sat a.m!) is usually some fruit (apple or orange), whole wheat crackers like wheat thins or along those lines, cheese, water or sweet tea. If I go out to lunch with a friend after work I usually get a bowl of soup with a salad or a panini.
