It's over 100 degrees here today. I don't feel like eating a heavy meal when it's so hot, so I opted for a light lunch--just some fresh fruit from the produce stand. Very refreshing!
I also fixed a sweet dip for the fruit. The kids don't care much for it, but I do! :)
Easy Fruit Dip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar of marshmellow creme
2 Tbs. vanilla
