Menu Plan Monday~ May 28

I've been cooking with ground turkey a lot lately, and we're actually really enjoying it! Sam's Club has lean ground turkey for a very affordable price, and it is so much better for you to eat than ground beef! The key: lots of seasoning! :-) I'll try to post a couple of turkey-inspired recipes later this week. For more great menu ideas, head over to Laura's.

Sunday~ turkey meatloaf (it's actually delicious!); baked potatoes; steamed veggies; creamed corn

Monday~ We'll be away from home today, so the cook gets a day off! :)

Tuesday~ grilled chicken; tossed salad; corn on the cob

Wednesday~ turkey burgers; oven roasted potatoes; vegetable medley

Thursday~ fettucini w/broccoli alfredo sauce; baby peas; salad; garlic toast

Friday~ pizza; fruit salad

I use ground turkey a good bit too. We don't have any complaints around here.

Have a great week!

we made "the switch" to ground turkey too. Anything that uses ground beef, we use ground turkey instead. Great menu plan!

I use a lot of ground turkey now, switched from ground beef and I love it :)

I have been trying to slowly incorporate more ground turkey into our meals as it's more healthy and the price of ground beef seems to be rising...
We can't seem to get past the texture though...
Any suggestions?!
Have a blessed day! *Ü*

Your menu sounds wonderful! I used to use ground turkey a lot - not sure why I don't anymore. Maybe I need to revisit it!
