We have some busy evenings this week, so I've planned some very simple, no-fuss meals. Ground beef was on sale this week, so you'll see a lot of ground beef on the menu. :) Tip~ When I purchase large quantities of ground beef, I usually brown all of it at one time. After it has been rinsed and drained, I put 1-2 pound portions in freezer bags. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook it all, and I don't have to spend time browning each batch and cleaning up a messy pan each time I prepare a meal.
