I spent most of this morning tidying up my laundry room. I had a mile-high pile of folded laundry on the counter that needed to be put away. With the kids' help--mission accomplished!
I think that a cleared counter in the laundry room is the equivalent of a shiny kitchen sink; if the clutter is kept off of the counter, the rest of the room looks nice. Hopefully I will now be inspired to keep the laundry room neat and organized.
The valance above the window is my favorite thing in the room. I found it at a Macy's closeout store for only $3; I just love a good bargain!
If you look closely you will notice that the laundry basket is not empty; it never is in this wonderful family of six!
