I am not a happy blogger! On Thursday our computer decided that it didn't want to work anymore. After spending an hour on the phone with Adeline in India, I had it running again. Adeline gave me her team's phone extension and a case number, and she promised me with that information I could speak to her very quickly should the need again arise. Well, on Friday the computer decided it didn't even want to turn on. I quickly called Adeline's number and received the dreaded voice mail. I left a message begging her to call me back anytime during the day. When I left the house for an hour to run some errands, guess who called? That's right, someone from Adeline's team left me a message on the answering machine. I quickly called back, but of course I only got the recording again. No one has called today or responded to my email, and the good folks(?) at DELL are quickly getting under my skin.
So, right now I'm using a borrowed computer to check email. I missed getting to post Friday's Favorites yesterday, but I'm thinking the blogging world will survive. I hope you all have a great weekend, and I hope DELL gets their act together!
