A Visitor

This cutie was wandering around in our yard this afternoon without her mommy. The pictures are a bit grainy as they were taken from inside because we didn't want to scare her off. As soon as Mr. C went outside, she took off into the woods. I've seen a white-tailed deer before, but this white-bottomed one was a first! http://riverbendramblings.blogspot.com

Oh, how sweet. I just love it when that happens. It's happened around here a few times and on more than one occassion, we've seen deer families leaping through the cow pastures on our road. Glad you got to see a gift from the Lord today!!

We thoroughly enjoy the benefits of country living! I lived in the country growing up and couldn't stand it; however after living in the city for several years I am so thankful to be living out in the boonies again! It's great to raise a family in a peaceful area--and we get to enjoy God's creation.
